What happens at a meeting with a Foundation representative?
This is an opportunity for the Foundation staff to develop a deeper understanding of your organization. The representative will get a chance to discuss your organization’s programs, staffing, financial situation, board of directors, etc. It is also an opportunity for you to bring your organization “to life” in a way that just doesn’t happen by reading an application. While representatives may ask a lot of questions, we strive to have an exchange of information. The meeting may take place at your organization’s office or other location, will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time, and will last about one hour.
