What is an Element Committee?
Each of the seven Elements of a Healthy Community as defined by The Seattle Foundation will be supported by an Element Committee made up of board members and fundholders, and expanded to include community members and experts in that element. The committee members will work alongside Foundation staff to implement action plans, review grant applications and accompany staff on site visits.
