Light a Fire Awards

The Seattle Foundation is pleased to partner with Seattle Met magazine and Canlis Restaurant to present the first Light a Fire Awards. We invite you to nominate outstanding nonprofit organizations and people who are raising the bar and making the Seattle metropolitan area a better place to live.

Finalists will be selected by representatives from The Seattle Foundation and Seattle Met editors and will be celebrated in the November 2012 issue of Seattle Met, which reaches more than 200,000 readers. The recipients will also be honored at an awards dinner on November 14, hosted by Canlis.

Please help bring these outstanding nonprofits and people to light by submitting nominations before Friday, August 3, 2012. Award categories include Best New Nonprofit, Most with the Least, Nurturing Creativity, Extraordinary Executive Director, Lifetime Achievement and more.
