POST-GIVEBIG FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How do I know how much my organization raised on GiveBIG day?
If your organization signed up for a Click & Pledge account to have donations made through The Seattle Foundation's website be deposited directly into your bank account, then you can access that information now. Please follow the following steps:
1. Log in to Click & Pledge: https://portal.clickandpledge.com
2. Go to Account Info>Reports>Search and Download
3. On the pulldown that lists Detailed Transaction, choose Quick Report
If your organization did not sign up for Click & Pledge, then we will be emailing you with your donation totals within a week. Please note that we are not accepting calls about how much your organization has received on the day of GiveBIG. We will share that information with you after the event.
