Clear Path International Programs

Clear Path International specializes in assessment, stabilization and development programming within some of the most difficult operating environments in the world. CPI offers a complete range of rehabilitation, accessibility, and socio-economic reintegration programming implemented either directly or through the services of qualified local partners. Management, monitoring, and financial support are provided to those programs we believe address the greatest need and offer the most meaningful benefit.

Recent Successes and Current Challenges

Greatest Achievements
CPI’s programs have supported over 100,000 survivors, family members and persons with disabilities worldwide since 2000.  CPI has become a recognized leader in Victim Assistance, monitoring and evaluation practices and the capacity building of local organizations working in active and post conflict areas.   In 2008, CPI received a Certificate of Merit from the Province of Quang Tri, one of the most heavily bomb-contaminated areas of the world and where the organization started its first project in 2000. CPI has the endorsement of senators John McCain and Patrick Leahy, a long-time war victims advocate.

Needs
CPI has worked along the Thai-Burma border since 2002, assisting survivors and people displaced by the decades long conflict within Burma. CPI currently needs funding for their work within Burma, helping returning refugees find safe passage through the land-mine contaminated border region.  CPI programs in Burma shall provide support to those affected by this immediate crisis through Mine Risk Education programs and mine-field identification and marking.
