Shoreline Christian School Programs
We believe our students must do three things: learn all they can about God's world, respond to God by developing their gifts and talents, and learn how to be His witnesses in this world. We design our curriculum by determining the most important questions we believe our students need to answer in order to do those three things. Guided by the mission statement, the teachers and the Education committee choose the written material, textbooks, projects and assignments that will most help the student grow into God honoring young people.
In keeping with our mission, we offer a challenging academic program that educates students where they are at, recognizing that each child has talents and abilities and needs the opportunity to develop in those areas.
The arts - Shoreline Christian offers a complete program of music, vocal and instrumental, as well as drama and visual arts as part of the curriculum.
Recent Successes and Current Challenges
In these times of economic uncertainty, Shoreline Christian did not turn away any families that were unable to pay full tuition. We feel that to work with these families so they may keep their students at our school is part of our mission.
One of our needs is a technology upgrade. A software upgrade is the most critical, followed by hardware.
