Retirement Communities & Health Services

Wesley Homes strives to provide housing and services to meet the needs of the individual and the family, from independent living to memory care.  As the population ages and more and more adults in the Puget Sound region require care, Wesley Homes seeks to be the provider of choice for those seeking the security of a facility that offers aging-in-place services, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, adult day care, home health care and skilled nursing services. Philanthropic gifts ensure that Wesley Homes’ services will be available whenever they are needed.

Resident AssistanceCircle of Concern is a resident assistance program funded through direct contributions and campus endowments.  This program ensures that residents who have exhausted their financial means through no fault of their own are able to continue living at Wesley Homes - their home - and receive necessary care and services through the end of life.  This program provides invaluable security and peace of mind to seniors who often worry about what will happen to them if they meet financial hardship.  We also offer the Bishop McConnell Scholarship Program through our Wesley Homes Des Moines campus. This program provides subsidized housing and medical needs to qualified older adults in independent living and assisted living residences.

Recent Successes and Current Challenges

Community Enhancement

Wesley Homes’ mission and vision call us to meet the needs of the growing number of older adults in the Puget Sound region.  It is our goal to provide the same level of security to residents at any stage of aging, whether they are independent or need memory care assistance.  Our capital campaign for a skilled nursing residence at Lea Hill in Auburn will help to ensure that our current residents have a full continuum of care in place where they live.

Wesley Homes is committed to providing environments that promote independence and dignity for all residents and older adults in communities where these services are missing.  Your support is essential if we are to meet the needs of older adults by developing new campuses and enhancing existing communities.  Your gifts make it possible for us to provide modern living spaces, private health center rooms, wellness centers, pastoral care services, and beautiful grounds on Wesley Homes’ campuses.
