Companies Recognized with the Healthy Community Corporate Champion Awards

May 20, 2016

Through a long-standing and rewarding partnership with the Puget Sound Business Journal, we honor eight companies each year with the Healthy Community Corporate Champion Awards.

These awards not only recognize the incredible commitment and impact of amazing companies in our region, they also highlight an evolution in terms of how we, together, can create a stronger more vibrant community for all: through the dedication and innovation of the corporate sector in partnership with the public sector and the social sector to tackle our region’s greatest challenges.

At Seattle Foundation we have eight elements of focus that constitute our Healthy Community Framework, which our partnership with the Puget Sound Business Journal and these awards embody.

The role of the private sector and corporate citizenship is more innovative, exciting and impactful than ever. The eight champions honored on Thursday are examples of organizations that have aligned their mission and philanthropy. These amazing companies have all embraced corporate philanthropy as part of their culture and have shown significant impact on the community.
