Personal Philanthropic Interests
LaMonte Guillory launched his career as an Account Executive at a PR agency. He grew to become the Public Relations Manager for an advertising & online marketing start-up, Director of Business Development for a start-up marketing agency, and Corporate Communications Lead in telecom. Most recently, Chief Communications Officer for the LOR Foundation. LaMonte serves on the Board of Directors for The Communications Network and the Rural Development Innovation Group (RCAP).
LaMonte is an accomplished, successful, and respected MarComm strategist with 20 years of combined experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, brand development, crisis management, public speaking, and executive leadership.
A Southern Methodist University (SMU) graduate with a BA in Corporate Communications & Public Affairs, LaMonte Guillory comes to Seattle Foundation as a collaborative colleague rich in strategic communications, experienced leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, and solutions provider for the advancements of a fair, balanced, prosperous, and just society.
