Jasmine joins Seattle Foundation with a professional background in higher education advancement and development. With a passion to turn the dial on poverty, Jasmine believes education equity is a driver of financial inclusion.

While Associate Director of Development at San Francisco State University, she managed individual major gifts as well as public-private initiatives with a humble focus on increasing support for student aid and funding for diverse science leadership across STEM disciplines. Prior to that, she worked in the Division of Advancement at Brown University on a comprehensive fundraising campaign with a goal to provide tuition relief for low and middle income families.

At the University of California, San Diego, Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Public Policy.

Outside of work, Jasmine is proud to have completed the dual UNESCO world heritage pilgrimage routes, Camino de Santiago in Spain and Kumano Kodo in Japan. She is looking forward to training for a new adventure.

Jasmine has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2021.
