Arts and culture
After many years working as an attorney and legal editor, Scott followed his passion for non-profit board service to a career in development, focusing on cultivating major and planned gifts, including during capital campaigns. By listening and understanding what ignites generous families to give back to their communities, he helps them deepen their engagement with the causes and organizations they are most passionate about. Scott holds a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University, a JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and a Fundraising Management Certificate from University of Washington. His home is run by Frank, a Siamese mix kitty, who frequently attends virtual meetings with Scott.
Scott has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2020.
