Katrina has 30+ years in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors of Seattle; starting her career in heavy manufacturing and making a commitment to support NFP in arts, education, and philanthropy over the past 15 years. Prior to joining Seattle Foundation, Katrina worked with IslandWood, an outdoor environmental learning center, serving as Director of Human Resources where she focused on equity in compensation, policies and practices and anti-racist work. Prior to IslandWood, Katrina worked with Seattle Repertory Theatre and served as Director of Administration overseeing HR, safety and risk management, and developed a focus and commitment to equity in the workplace.
Outside of work, Katrina can be found around West Seattle with her daughter and two Frenchies. She enjoys swimming, biking and tending raised beds.
Katrina has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2021.
