Fund for Inclusive Recovery

Wednesday, May 25, 2022,
1– 2:00 p.m. PST

The “In Conversation, In Community” series is designed to provide a space where nonprofit organizations and philanthropists can be in conversation together. On May 25, we were joined by community leaders who received one of the first rounds of grants from the Fund for Inclusive Recovery.

The Fund for Inclusive Recovery, built on lessons learned from the COVID-19 Response fund, drives investment to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)-led and -rooted organizations, coalitions, and movements. On April 13, we announced the first 21 organizations who will receive a total of $12.6 million to support Community Power and Base Building approaches in their communities.

We engaged with two organizations who have been at the heart of this work in their communities and found out how this is just the beginning of the support that is needed to continue meaningful systems and policy change.

We encourage you to review the list of all of The Fund for Inclusive Recovery grantees.
