Jaden’s Community Support Fund

A message from Jaden’s mom:

Community and connection were vitally important to the most valuable person in my life journey: my forever 19-year-old son, Jaden. Jaden is and always will be the person who has most deeply impacted who I am. If I could sum him up in a word it would easily be “LOVE”.

That is why we started Jaden’s Community Support Fund. With the help of an advisory committee comprised entirely of young people close to Jaden with lived experience, we intend to uplift, support and sustain young people in achieving their goal of living a healthy fulfilling life through grants for transitional housing, sobriety support and overall wellbeing.

100% of donations are distributed to King County area nonprofits who align with what we know to be Jaden’s values of love for all and community connection.

Jaden’s Community Support Fund is a component fund of Seattle Foundation.
