Heather comes to Seattle Foundation on a winding road with its most recent stop in property management grounded in the belief that housing should serve people, not profit.

Over the past seven years, she has worked to create stable housing communities that prioritize tenant dignity, equitable access, and a community-centered approach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Development and a Cultures and Communities certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a certification in French Studies from Université Paris-Sorbonne. Outside of work, you can find her eating dessert first, wiggling to live music, or frolicking with friends and family.

Heather has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2025.
