Carrie Wilson joins the Board of Trustees with a track record of leading organizations through financial transformation with purpose and passion.
Seattle Foundation is pleased to welcome Carrie to its Board. Carrie is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at AAA Washington, a leading Pacific Northwest member-driven organization with over 1.2 million members. As CFO, Carrie takes pride in helping steward the access, advisory, and assistance AAA Washington provides its members. AAA Washington is the largest personal line insurance agency in the state and a trusted partner in towing.

Throughout her career, Carrie has managed a $200 million investment portfolio, established an insurance company, and executed a $200 million out-of-court debt and equity restructuring. She excels in financial and investment leadership, steering organizations through innovative changes that blend technology, data, and people to achieve operational excellence. Carrie’s leadership focuses on building corporate culture and driving passion and purpose in the workplace.

Carrie has served on several professional boards including Junior Achievement of Washington, Auto Club MAPFRE Insurance Company, and Cedar Crest Academy Parent Board. Carrie is thrilled to join the Board of Trustees and bring her wealth of knowledge to Seattle Foundation.
Carrie earned her degree in accounting from the University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys the outdoors with her family where they ski, rock climb, and hike in the Cascades, fish in the San Juan Islands, and cheer on her alma mater at Husky Stadium.
