Nadya has 15+ years of experience across civil society and philanthropy organizations, where she partnered with donors, institutions, and communities to achieve systemic impact. Most recently, she served as Senior Advisor and Programs Director at WINGS, a global network that represents 100,000 philanthropic actors across 60 countries.
Her expertise includes facilitating donor education, developing strategic frameworks for impact, and fostering collaborations between funders and multiple stakeholders. A journalist by training, Nadya also holds a Master’s degree in Communication, Development and Social Change. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
Nadya is guided by the belief that philanthropy is an expression of love for humanity and brings that commitment to her work with donors and communities. She enjoys long walks, reading, and writing, and published her first children’s book in 2023.
Nadya has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2026.
