Elizabeth has more than three decades of experience helping individuals and families deploy their philanthropic resources with purpose. Known for her trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations, she guides strategy, informs grantmaking, supports collaboration in individual or family giving, and helps craft a legacy of impact for philanthropists.
Prior to Seattle Foundation, she led philanthropic advisory strategy at Foundation Source, one of the nation’s largest providers of philanthropic services. Elizabeth has also held leadership positions at the Gates Foundation, where she worked directly with the Gates family and managed a more than $90 million portfolio of Special Initiative and Family Interest grants, as well as JP Morgan Private Bank Global Foundations Group, the Aspen Institute Business and Society Program, and the Council on Foundations International Programs.
Elizabeth has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2026.
