Jenn comes to the Seattle Foundation with a hunger for systems change and an appreciation for the ways the foundation leverages private wealth in service to our communities. She values relationships and collaboration in service of a more compassionate world. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked for innovative non-profits in health care and international aid. Through these opportunities, she gained invaluable experience in project and program management, donor relations, and systems development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations with a minor in human rights from Stanford University and a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University. Jenn strives to infuse empathy, humility, and joy into her work. She loves to write, enjoy live music, read, and fly kites by the water.

Jenn has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2024.
