Jenn Ampey

Jenn provides guidance to individuals and families, partnering with them to bring their philanthropic vision to life. With an emphasis on empathetic and engaging service, Jenn builds strategies to help donors connect with and meaningfully impact their communities.

Jenn values relationships and collaboration in service of a more compassionate world. Her journey to her role at Seattle Foundation includes past positions at several nonprofits, including GiveDirectly and SIRUM, which reinforced her commitment to work towards a reality better than the world as it is. She aspires daily to infuse curiosity, humility, and hope into her work. Jenn holds a B.A. in international relations with a minor in human rights from Stanford University and an MSW from Columbia University. In her free time, she loves to write, shoot and process film photographs, and fly kites by the water.            

Jenn has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2024.
