Larry leads Seattle Foundation’s financial strategy, operations, and organizational capacity innovations. A member of the Senior Leadership Team, he serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board of Trustees, advancing Seattle Foundation’s vision through decision support and systems improvements.

Larry comes to Seattle Foundation with a 20-year background in finance, business strategy and operations in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. He served in leadership positions for the United States Air Force, Microsoft, Tagboard (a successful Seattle tech startup), and Churchome (a global faith-based nonprofit), helping improve financial performance, maximize operational efficiencies, transform technology systems and applications, and increase revenue.
Larry is a former Active-Duty United States Air Force Officer, Advisory Board member for Tagboard, Inc., and licensed foster parent in Washington State. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Alabama State University, an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and is a graduate of the Air Force’s highly selective Education with Industry corporate immersion program. He enjoys traveling with his family of six and doing just about anything that is physical and outside.
