Tax Manager, Deloitte
Rene Gonzalez is a Tax Manager in Deloitte’s Seattle practice, where he advises tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations and public charities, on tax compliance and consulting. He helps these clients navigate complex regulatory requirements, and he keeps a close eye on how emerging technologies like AI are reshaping the field.
Rene holds a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Golden Gate University and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Enrolled Agent (EA).
Outside of work, Rene is a curious lifelong learner. An avid reader with wide-ranging tastes, he is always on the lookout for the next great magical realism novel and is a frequent traveler with a deep fondness for London, UK.
