Taylor leads the Athlete & Entertainer Engagement program and manages corporate philanthropy partnerships, working to connect high-profile individuals and companies more deeply with community. She serves as a trusted advisor to philanthropists and corporate partners, providing strategic guidance and personalized support to help them maximize the impact of their giving.

Taylor brings over a decade of experience working with both nonprofits and corporations to deepen community engagement and drive meaningful change. She has a strong track record of guiding individuals and organizations in defining their philanthropic values and developing strategies that lead to lasting, measurable impact.
Since joining Seattle Foundation in 2022, Taylor has held several key leadership roles, including Philanthropic Advisor, Interim Director of Philanthropic Advising, and currently, Director of Philanthropic Consulting. Prior to this, she served in various roles, most recently executive director.
Taylor holds a B.A. in Psychology from Simpson College in Iowa. Guided by a personal philosophy that every day should include helping someone and learning something new, she brings both heart and insight to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring new places.
Taylor has been working at the Seattle Foundation since 2022.
