James McCall

The Office Administrator is responsible for the day to day operations, maintaining office services, organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions, coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policies, also manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management.

James came to Seattle Foundation after 14 years with Bank of America, serving in several departments including Human Resources and Recruiting, Private Wealth, and the financial banking centers. 

In his spare time, he volunteers for PAWS, Habitat for Humanity and he serves on community relations teams. James also has a love for travel. 

James has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2017.
