Kristen brings over 25 years of experience in the non-profit and philanthropic community in King County. She started her career at Denise Louie Education Center and Crisis Connections. Most recently, she served as Executive Director at Global Washington, a network of non-profits, businesses, foundations, and academic institutions working in low-income countries to improve lives. Kristen led a learning program for female philanthropists called Women of the World and oversaw grantmaking of the Pangea giving circle. She has worked with several corporate and individual philanthropists providing information about international NGOs and global work.

She’s a proud graduate of the Evans School of Public Policy at the University of Washington. Outside of work, Kristen coaches Ultimate Frisbee and is passionate about youth sports as a way to promote equity, teamwork, and individual growth.

Kristen has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2025.
