Cat Cuevas (she/her) joins the Seattle Foundation with a passion and career of bringing more joy, regenerative leadership and social justice to the world. With deep knowledge in the applied behavioral sciences and broad experience across industries, Cat loves bridging the strategic, relational, intuitive and tactical to nurture the potential and possibility in human relationships.
She has over 20 years of experience driving and championing learning, talent, culture and people operations initiatives locally and globally for the shared greater good. She holds a MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution, and a MA in Leadership, Organizational Systems and Organizational Development. Cat enjoys traveling, practicing Kung Fu, partner dancing and gardening.
Cat has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2024.
