For Jessica, building relationships is at the heart of community engagement, organizational development, and philanthropy.

Her community organizing career began over 25 years ago while serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in South Africa. Since then, she’s been on a journey to approach philanthropy from a foundation of relationship building, equity, and racial justice. She has worked as a consultant and for organizations such as Treehouse and Lifelong AIDS Alliance.

Jessica believes that through partnership we can all foster connections and investments in our community. She holds a Masters in Not-for-Profit Leadership from Seattle University.                       

Jessica has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2025.
