Katie Draude

Katie guides the development and implementation of efficient processes within the Community Programs team to maximize the team’s efforts toward racial and economic equity.

Katie comes to Seattle Foundation with experience working for nonprofits and government agencies in the environmental field. Most recently, Katie served as a program manager for NatureBridge, education partner of the National Park Service. She is committed to creating efficient systems that support programmatic goals and community benefit and has a passion for internal systems solutions that fuel racially and economically equitable solutions in our community.

Katie graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in history and government and is originally from Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys backpacking and kayaking through Washington’s public lands.

Katie has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2020.
