In February, I shared Our Vision for the Future and focused on our senior leadership team as an important part of our journey to ensure we are a sustainable organization that is well positioned to serve our diverse and expansive community.
As a continuation of that effort, I’m pleased to introduce two new senior leaders and uplift a new role within Seattle Foundation – Larry Buycks as Chief Financial Officer, Mary Rennekamp as Chief Philanthropy Officer, and Michele Frix, who previously served in the role of Chief of Staff and will now serve as our Executive Vice President. I’m excited to work with all of them as strategic thought partners and team leaders for our talented staff who are working tirelessly within our community every day to reimagine and resource a more joyful region.
There will be more to come as we continue to live into our identity as a community foundation, but for now, I’d like for you to hear from Larry, Mary, and Michele in their own words what inspires them about Seattle Foundation’s evolution and why they chose to join us on this journey.
