Alice manages the Foundation’s Center for Community Partnerships, overseeing initiatives and developing strategies to advance collaborative, systemic change to achieve greater economic and racial equity in the region.

Nonprofit capacity building
Prior to joining SeaFdn, Alice served as Distinguished Fellow at the Center for Community Change, a national nonprofit building people’s capacity to improve their communities and public policies, particularly low-income and communities of color. Alice co-founded organizations including the Asian Women’s Shelter in San Francisco and Nonprofit Assistance Center in Seattle. She has staffed and consulted to community-based nonprofits and philanthropic organizations for more than 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in human biology from Stanford University and attended the program in public policy at Claremont Graduate University.
Alice has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2014.
