Mari works directly with the President’s Office and Management Teams on strategic initiatives related to the organization’s performance management systems, organizational culture, talent development & learning, and commitment to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion. She also serves as the Corporate Secretary for the Board of Trustees – responsible for managing all activities of Seattle Foundation’s Board.
Mari began working for Seattle Foundation in 2021.
