Impact Investing

A growing channel for venture philanthropy, impact investing provides the opportunity for a social return and a financial one by investing in local projects. After achieving tremendous accomplishments through such investments over the past decade, we are excited to increase our capacity to support this work through partnerships with Threshold Group and Canopy.

Supporting Organization

Similar to a private foundation, but with a more favorable tax status, a supporting organization is its own 501(c)(3) that benefits from the expertise and administrative assistance provided by Seattle Foundation.
