Rebecca Chan

As a leader in Community Programs, Rebecca pursues greater racial equity and economic opportunity through her oversight of operational effectiveness and impact that advance our theory of change.

Rebecca comes to Seattle Foundation with more than a decade of experience in social change and a commitment to advancing social justice. Previously, Rebecca worked in strategy consulting with Camber Collective, developing and executing philanthropic and equity strategies across foundations.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as the board secretary for Social Justice Fund NW and can also be found searching for the tastiest baked goods in her free time.

Rebecca has been working at Seattle Foundation since 2021.
