Robin Devlin Lien

Robin Lien is a strategic governance leader and trusted C-suite advisor who converts operational complexity into measurable, sustainable value. A 26-year technology leader, Robin built a $2 billion+ global enterprise practice at Google over an 18-year career, directing global partnership teams across retail, travel, eCommerce, SaaS, and technology, and navigating digital transformation for Fortune 100 partners.

Today, as Managing Partner of Velix Group, Robin helps pre-seed-to-Series B technology companies build go-to-market strategies and operational maturity that hold up under growth. She specializes in helping founders move from speculative scaling to data-backed, durable growth, pairing commercial ambition with the rigor boards expect. That same lens shapes her work at the Foundation, where she brings a forward-looking focus on revenue resilience and emerging technology, helping the board think ahead of market pressure rather than react to it.

Robin earned her BA in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Washington. She lives in Seattle, where she also mentors at her alma mater and volunteers as an Alpine Wilderness Ranger for the US National Forest.
