Cailin leads the Accounting team and manages its daily operations and close procedures. She’s responsible for financial reporting, accuracy of the general ledger, and assisting with audit and tax preparation for Seattle Foundation and its Supporting Organizations.

Cailin joined Seattle Foundation with 20+ years of experience in finance, accounting and operations in the nonprofit and private sectors. She most recently served as Director of Finance & Administration at the Forest Park Conservancy and as Business Manager at the Hollywood Theatre (both in Portland, Oregon) and as Director of Operations & Administration at a Seattle-area healthcare company.
Her work in organizations grounded in the arts, healthcare and environmental concerns reflects her desire to participate in the creation of communities, systems and spaces that support human and non-human health, cultural and artistic expression, and wellbeing within built and natural environments.
Cailin joined Seattle Foundation in 2022.
